Glycol dehydration is most preferred way amongst various technologies to remove water from natural gas. The design of glycol systems (TEG, DEG, MEG) is unique for each application as the overall package design will vary to meet the specified moisture content of the gas at the process conditions. Chemdist offers custom designs and builds each system as a complete turn-key package with its own TEG Contactor and regenerator internals with particular emphasis given to:

    Condensate is hydrocarbon mixture separated from the gas in the gas fields and from associated gas from the oil field. This has a wide boiling range often from 40°C to 300°C and above. This could be fractionated into narrow boiling fractions, which find applications as industrial and specialty solvents in the paint and varnish, coating, rubber, pesticide industries. Motor gasoline, kerosene and high speed diesel fuels could also be produced.

    The process can be batch or continuous. Batch process can give a number of products over the entire boiling range , with batch to batch product or feed stock variation. The continuous process is preferable when large capacity is required and supply of feed stock with stable characteristics is assured and demand is for fewer products.

    Chemdist offers complete knowhow and turn-key process plant for or Kerosene to White Spirit production. It gives almost 80% white spirit recontainy and balance mineral oil. White Spirit is widely used as solvent for paint and varnish and mineral oil is used in hand wash. We have installations in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq for White Spirit Plants.

    Chemdist offers N-Paraffin Separation from Kerosene which in turn is used as raw material for production of LABSA. The process is done by adsorption or by urea adduct process.

    Flaring is a volatile combustion control process for organic compound (VOC) in which the VOCs are piped to a remote, usually elevated, location and burned in an open flame in the open air using a specially designed burner tip, auxiliary fuel, and steam or air to promote mixing for nearly complete (> 98%) VOC destruction.

    Chemdist offers complete skid packages for 2 & 3 phase separators for oil fields. Separators are essential equipment of oil and gas production process. Phase separator is a pressure vessel used for separating a well stream into gaseous and liquid components. They are installed either in an onshore processing station or on an offshore platform.

    Based on the vessel configurations, separators can be divided into horizontal, vertical, In teams of fluids to be separated, the separators can be grouped into gas/liquid two-phase separator or oil/gas/water three-phase separator.
